How Our Custom Sampling Works
We do not use cheap blank stock. Every sample is hand-cut and sewn from scratch using the exact fabric, GSM, and custom hardware intended for your production run.
Tech Pack & Consultation
Send us your mockups, sketches, or reference photos. We review grading, fabric GSM, print dimensions, and provide a complimentary digital pre-flight check.
Cut & Sew Fabrication
Our pattern masters draft bespoke patterns. Fabric is precision cut, prints or 3D embroideries applied, and custom neck labels/care tags stitched into place.
4K Video & Express Dispatch
Before shipping, we send 4K macro video footage and caliper measurements. Once approved, the physical sample is air-shipped directly to your doorstep.
Sample Fee Credited in Bulk
When you approve the prototype and place your bulk manufacturing order, the sample development fee is 100% credited against your final invoice!
How Custom Apparel Pricing is Calculated

Heavier cotton requires more yarn and milling timeA 500 GSM luxury French Terry hoodie consumes nearly twice the combed cotton weight of a basic 280 GSM promotional fleece. Organic ring-spun cotton, loopback French Terry, modal, and custom pigment washes each impact the raw material cost base.
Embellishment Crafts & Stitch Count
Print screens, 3D puff foam, or Tajima embroideryA clean 1-color screen print is very cost-effective. However, high-density 3D puff prints, multi-color gradient screen printing, chenille embroidery patches, or 50,000-stitch back embroideries take specialized machine setups and longer cycle runs.

Can I order just 1 physical sample first?
Yes, absolutely! We encourage all new clients to order a prototype sample first. This allows you to inspect the fabric hand-feel, fit silhouette, stitching tension, and print finish before placing a bulk order.
How is the sample fee refunded?
When you approve your physical prototype and proceed with the bulk production order (meeting our minimum batch requirement), 100% of the sample development fee is deducted as a direct credit on your bulk invoice.
What if the sample needs pattern or size adjustments?
We provide free pattern and measurement revisions. If minor sizing changes are needed (e.g. extending sleeve length by 2cm or widening chest width), our pattern team updates the CAD grading file immediately prior to bulk cutting.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept international Bank Wire Transfer (T/T), Western Union, MoneyGram, and Verified Alibaba Trade Assurance for complete buyer and escrow protection.
