Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At GloryZone Apparels, we take extreme pride in our precision craftsmanship, fabric selection, and industrial finish. Whether you order physical evaluation samples or a full custom manufacturing run, here is our transparent policy governing returns, exchanges, refunds, and defective merchandise handling.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products (100% Free Coverage)
Immediate remake, exchange, or 100% full refund
If any product received from GloryZone Apparels arrives in a damaged condition, exhibits sewing or fabric flaws, print/embroidery errors, or fails to meet the specifications agreed upon in your approved Tech Pack or Pre-Production Sample, you are entitled to:
- 100% Free Remake & Express Re-dispatch: We will re-manufacture the defective pieces with top priority and express air-ship them at zero cost to you.
- Full or Prorated Refund: A prompt refund directly to your original payment method (Bank Wire, Credit Card, PayPal, or Western Union).
- Zero Return Shipping Expense: For verified defective or damaged merchandise, GloryZone covers all return postage, or may waive physical return entirely upon photographic/video inspection.
Standard Items & Physical Sample Returns
14-Day Return Window • Zero Restocking Fee
Customers may return non-defective standard catalog pieces, blank samples, or stock evaluation garments within 14 calendar days of parcel delivery, subject to the following standard retail conditions:
- The item must be in new, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered condition with all factory tags and original polybag packaging intact.
- Restocking Fee: $0.00. We never charge restocking, handling, or processing penalties.
- Return Postage for Non-Defective Items: Customer covers tracked courier postage back to our Sialkot manufacturing hub.
- Note on Sample Fees: Sample fees are already 100% credited back to your account when placing a bulk order (see our Sample Policy).
Custom Made-to-Order Bulk Production Policy
Bespoke Custom Apparel Protocol
As a customized cut & sew apparel manufacturer, bulk production runs are customized specifically with your brand labels, custom GSM, sizing patterns, and artwork. Therefore:
Pre-Production Sample Approval Guarantee: Before mass production starts, we provide comprehensive high-resolution videos, measurement audits, and physical approval samples to ensure 100% alignment.
Because bespoke items cannot be resold to other parties, custom orders cannot be returned solely due to customer remorse (change of mind) once bulk manufacturing is completed in accordance with approved specifications. However, any manufacturing defect or deviation from approved samples remains 100% guaranteed as described in Section 1.

Our Quality Assurance Engineers review your submission against factory production logs and provide an RMA authorization within 24 hours.
Package the merchandise securely and ship via tracked courier (DHL, FedEx, or standard postal service) to our official factory returns address.
Upon receipt (or video confirmation), your replacement pieces are produced or your refund is credited within 3 to 5 business days.
